I woke up this morning and a few things dawned on me, as I arose from a peaceful rest. The first thing was that I didn’t wake up in a new Bugatti and the other was that I wanted hard boiled eggs, wrapped in cheese! I know what your thinking…that is awesome and I agree, so I set out to make the latter happen(Bugatti is gonna have to wait a bit!). Whenever I make hard boil eggs, I actually always look up the best way to hard boil eggs and they always come out perfect. Since literally there are resources to look up simple techniques like boiling eggs, I often go to my trusty phone and take a quick look as a refresher. Once I boiled the eggs and let them sit for a few minutes, I went ahead and threw some sharpest of the sharp cheddar cheese over the top of each egg. I place them in the microwave for about 7-8 secs, so the cheese wrapped around them in the most endearing fashion possible! I definitely want to try this again once I have a solid immersion circulator because if I could get a more soft boil perfect egg that would take this to the next level. I also made some curry hash browns and a little spinach. I wanted to have a solid breakfast so that I can start this weekend off the right way! CHEERS TO THE WEEKEND!!
